FINGERS METASTASES IN A WOMAN WITH LIVER CANCER

Abstract

A 51-year-old woman was admitted to our hospital on May 29, 1995 with the complaint of right upper abdominal pain, anorexia and weight less for more than 5 months. By CT scan, a round pathologic lesion with the size of 7.7 cm x6.6 cm x7.0 cm on the left lobe, and an irregular and Iobulated focus with the size of 8.0 crux8.0 cmxl2 cm on the right lobe of liver were found. The result of chest radiograph showed that there were scattered nodular shadows on the lung. Serum HBV suflhce antigen (HBsAg) was positive, and the serum level of alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) was 1,650 ng/L.
